Cebu Freediving Fun Dive Tour – Exploring Olango Marine Sanctuary
We recently had the pleasure of welcoming four wonderful female freedivers to Passion Dive. All four of them had already obtained their freediving certifications in Korea and visited Cebu to enjoy some light yet exciting freediving in the tropical waters.
For this trip, we chose the Olango Marine Sanctuary as our destination. Olango is a fantastic point that can be enjoyed by everyone, from beginners to advanced divers. For those on a 2-3 day fun diving tour, this marine sanctuary is often chosen as a warm-up spot on the first day or a relaxing finishing point on the last day.
Freediving certainly allows you to explore the Cebu seas more freely and dynamically compared to snorkeling.

Here is a group shot at the heart-shaped structure! Note: This spot is actually located at the Buyong point, not inside the Olango Marine Sanctuary.

Our freedivers striking beautiful poses for the camera.

And that wraps up our freediving fun dive tour for the day. Thank you so much for choosing Passion Dive.
The skill levels of the four freedivers who visited us were not all exactly the same. When going out on a fun diving tour, it is ideal for the participants to have similar skill levels, but we know this isn’t always easy to arrange. However, at Passion Dive, we conduct our tours flexibly so that everyone can enjoy freediving safely and happily according to their own skill level.
If you hold a freediving license and are planning to visit Cebu, I highly recommend dedicating at least one day to enjoying the beautiful underwater world here.
