Typhoon Kalmaegi (Tino) Update & Customer Support Delays

Dear Passion Dive Customers,

On November 4, Typhoon Kalmaegi (local name: Tino) passed through the Cebu region. We would like to update you on our status.

We are relieved to report that Passion Dive is safe. Our facilities, boats, and dive gear sustained no damage from the typhoon.

However, the storm has significantly impacted the local infrastructure. We are currently experiencing widespread power outages (brownouts) and major internet connectivity issues across Mactan Island.

Due to this situation, please expect significant delays in our responses to your inquiries, booking confirmations, and all customer support messages (Website, Email, WhatsApp, etc.).

We will reply to all messages in the order they were received as soon as stable power and internet are restored.
