Underwater Training at Passion Dive’s House Reef – Kontiki Point

The SSI Advanced Adventurer training was conducted at Kontiki Point, Passion Dive Center’s house reef in Mactan.

One of the advantages of Kontiki Point is its convenient access from the dive center. Divers can walk directly from Passion Dive Center to the dive entry point without needing a boat transfer.

After preparing the equipment at the dive center, students can simply walk to the shore and enter the water for their dive.

Underwater, the diver followed the instructor’s guidance and experienced various diving skills and procedures included in the SSI Advanced Adventurer program.

This included practicing underwater communication using a slate and applying diving skills in a real underwater environment.

Being able to take what you learn during the briefing and experience it directly in the sea is an important part of the SSI Advanced Adventurer experience.
